Can I direct my gift toward a specific program?

Yes. To direct your gift toward a particular fund, endowment, or program, select the program or fund you want to support from the drop-down list under the "Designation" heading of this form. To learn more about the Foundation's programs and funds, visit Our Programs.

What are the Annual Donor Recognition Levels?

• Diamond: $10,000 or more
• Platinum: $5,000 - $9,999
• Gold: $2,500 - $4,999
• Silver: $1,000 - $2,499
• Bronze: $250 - $999
• Friend: up to $249
